My personal Anthem

This week has been very bad for me. It seems I'm not running fast enough - at least from Karma. I need to find my wings...I traded them for horns a long time ago. I know most of you hate Garth Brooks. If that's you, good. You wont know this song. Just read the lyrics and meditate on them. It's very good advice.

I'd like to thank a special friend, John, for reminding me I CAN be better and make things in my life good again. And most importantly, I AM worth it.
